Ralph Sapia
Ralph Sapia was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 2003. He holds a BS in Political Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County; an Accelerated Certificate in Secondary Education from the College of Notre Dame; and a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

Ralph's practice includes general litigation family law (divorce, alimony, child custody, support and visitation); personal injury, automobile accidents; and contract disputes.

Ralph was a Baltimore County advanced placement economics and social studies teacher for seven years. While full-time teaching, he put himself through law school. He maintains a place in academia as an adjunct professor at the University of Baltimore School of Law, as well as preparing law school graduates for the bar exam as an instructor for the Shemer Bar Review.

When he isn't practicing law, you may see Ralph officiating football at local high schools.

Bryan Tillman
Bryan Tillman is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law where he earned his J.D. in 2000. His undergraduate studies were completed at Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania where he earned a BA in Business Administration.

Bryan’s practice includes civil litigation (consumer and commercial collections) and loan workouts, foreclosures, real estate litigation and fraud.

Prior to and while he attended law school, Bryan was assistant to the chief counsel of AT&T Automotive Services, Inc., a commercial and consumer vehicle leasing company. Before establishing Tillman | Sapia, his previous experience includes representation of various financial institutions in complex civil litigation, including litigation of several mortgage and other bank fraud matters.
